⚠️ The Worst Shopping Experience of My Life – “La Casa de las carcasas”, Cascais Shopping Mall, 0 Floor ⚠️ I want to warn everyone planning to visit this store: never go here unless you want to ruin your mood and your day. The sales assistant named Bianca Pirus ❗️❗️ demonstrated a shocking level of rudeness and unprofessionalism: ❗️❗️ Forced me to make an immediate purchase, not allowing me to finish my phone call. ❗️❗️ Yelled at me, insulted me, and humiliated me as if I were her personal enemy, not a customer. ❗️❗️ Called security and the police without any reason, falsely accusing me of taking photos of her (utter nonsense). Refused to provide the complaints book – probably because she’s afraid of having an official record of her behavior.❗️❗️❗️ Bottom line: I lost over an hour of my time, was subjected to unnecessary stress, and left with nothing but disgust for this store. If this is how the staff operates here, the owners should be ashamed for allowing it. I officially demand this person’s dismissal and a full investigation. If this does not happen, I am prepared to return every day to make sure she never serves customers again. ❗️❗️ Not recommended to anyone. Better to walk past and save your nerves. ❗️❗️

We just write to advice you NOT TO BUY the none breakable screen protector. It is a plastic one, that is indeed unbreakable. However it does not protect the screen below. The phone fall once a few weeks after installing the protector.

Péssimo material. Fui comprar uma capa para a minha filha e aproveitei para trocar a pelicula do ecrã que já tinha dois anos e tinha colocado no mediamarkt. Estava levantar nos cantos. No dia a seguir o telefone deslizou no banco do carro e rasgou totalmente a película (mas de uma ponta à outra). Fui de novo a loja de Cascais e trocaram ainda alegando que certamente tinha batido com o telefone em algo muito afiado (que não aconteceu) mas excepcionalmente iam trocar. Vieram com a conversa de aproveitar a promoção e por a película a proteger também a câmara. Coloquei. Três dias depois a tirar uma foto sempre a ver alguma coisa a frente da lente quando dou conta era a tal película da câmara a sair... E na semana a seguir a fita que comprei que prendia debaixo da capa caiu... Resumindo: tudo o que tive antes comprado na temu durou mais do que uma fita dali que me custou 15€. Inadmissível. Muito má qualidade quer das películas quer das fitas... A única coisa que tenho há 3 semanas e está igual é a capa (mal fosse... É de silicone...)
